Mixed Reactions as Burna Boy’s expression ‘YOU GO EXPLAIN TIRE’ shows up in examination paper in University Of Uyo
Nigerian music sensation Burna Boys’s expression, “No evidence, you go explain tire,” has shown up in a exam question at the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State.
The expression, which has become broadly recognized because of Burna Boy‘s online interaction with his fans, found its direction into question number five of a recent examination regulated to 400-level students studying the Department of History & International Studies.
The question presented to the students was; “How does the current popular saying of Nigeria’s music sensation, Burna Boy, ‘no evidence, you go explain tire,’ reflect the nature of history?”
Burna Boy’s expression, authored during one of his live meetings on Instagram, reverberated with his crowd as he communicated, “If you no make am for this life, no evidence, you go explain tire.”
The catchy expression immediately built up momentum inside groups of friends, and its impact has now reached out into the domain of the scholarly world.
